TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

BOOKING POLICY FOR BESPOKE TOURS.

To secure your bespoke tour with idreamprovence, please send us your tour requirements via our booking form or by email to: idreamprovence@gmail.com

We will confirm the following details of your booking, via email with a completed reservation form for you to check:

1. A) Your Private vehicle tour: this means that your tour is in a private vehicle, hired by idreamprovence. The driver has a VTC license. We will confirm where we will collect you from, at what time and where we will drop you off at the end of the tour, and the times of your tour.

B) Your private walking tour: this means that your tour is entirely on foot. (no vehicle is included for any pick up, drop offs, to get to or around any location). We will confirm your meeting point, time & the duration of your tour.

C). If you choose to hire a vehicle and provide a driver for your tour, we can accompany you and your guests to your chosen locations for your tour. Please ensure our pick up and drop off point is the same location, unless otherwise agreed with idreamprovence.

4. The length of your tour; half day/ full day/ other

5. Number of guests booked.
6. The total price of your tour and the deposit required to secure your reservation.
7. We will confirm what is included. Please also refer to our terms & conditions for what is not included.
8. We will confirm any specific requirements.
9. We will confirm if any tickets are included.
10. We will confirm if any drinks, food or snacks are included.
For any special requests or additions, please email and we will respond within 48 hours.
Please complete the reservation form with your details, emergency contact details and the details of your guests, along with their ages, if under 18. If a child seat or booster seat is required, we will need to quote for this item. We will need to know the child's age, height and weight.

PAYMENT

We require a deposit of 20% to secure your reservation, date and tour requirements.

We require the remaining payment of 80%, to be paid 30 days before the tour date.

Please refer to the reservation form stating when the final payment is required.

After this date, you will not be able to receive any refund if you cancel your bespoke tour with idreamprovence.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

We can offer last-minute bookings, though full payment is required. idreamprovence will not be able to refund your payment for any cancellation for bookings made within 14 days of the tour date. Please see our cancellation policy.

BOOKING CHANGES:

A change of date or content may be subject to availability.

Any request for change or cancellation must be received in writing.

If you choose to make any changes to the booking, we reserve the right to re-evaluate your request. If a date or time change is required, please notify us, via email and we will try our best to accommodate. Any change could incur an additional charge, which would need to be paid at the time of this change, to secure your new booking. If we can not accommodate you, we will notify you. Please also refer to our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the customer chooses to cancel, including amending the number of guests booked to come on their bespoke tour, please email: idreamprovence@gmail.com

Here is the refund policy payment structure:
• If more than 30 days’ notice is given, the tour will be cancelled though we retain the deposit of 20% paid.

  • If less than 30 days’ notice is given, then no refund is given.

  • No refunds will be paid for “no-shows” on the day of your tour. This means that if any person/s does not come on the tour, for whatever reason, there will be no refund.

    COVID-19

    As the ongoing outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues making headlines around the world, the health of our guests and us as your guides are paramount. 

    Our mission of offering great tours across Provence is for an experience which involves bringing people together from many countries and cultures. However, our biggest ongoing concern is to make sure that our guests stay healthy and safe. 

    Since the situation varies greatly from country to country and even from city to city, we recommend that you closely monitor and follow the guidelines of The World Health Organization’s FAQS and stay safe at all times.

    If you need to postpone your tour or make a change to the date or specifics, please just message us.

    PURCHASED TICKETS FOR YOUR TOUR BY IDREAMPROVENCE

    We will not refund any tickets purchased, as agreed, for your tour. i.e. tickets for entry to The Pope's Palace, Amphitheater, Museums, Galleries, any events etc.... in case of your cancellation, we will keep the amount paid for these tickets. Conditions will be similar for strike reasons in any place. There will be no refund given. Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the customer's wishes, or on health grounds, shall not give rise to any refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy.

    REFUND:

    If any cancellation requires an amount to be refunded, either total or partial, the refund will be made within a month after the cancellation notice.

    YOUR TOUR

    We look forward to meeting you & your guests at the time agreed on your reservation form. This is your bespoke tour, booked by you, for you, so if you are running late, please notify us and we will agree to wait for you. Though, please bear in mind, if you are very late, then we may not be able to give you the full tour of the location/s you have booked. The tour will finish at the agreed time (please refer to your reservation form) regardless of whether your tour starts late.

If one or more guests in your party are going to be late, we will ask the designated tour leader in your group. (This is the person who has signed the reservation form and agreed to these terms and conditions) You will need to decide if we are to start the tour without one or more of their guests. If any guests are “no shows” and do not come on this bespoke private tour, their place is non-refundable, please see our cancellation policy, detailing no-shows. If for any reason, we are running late, we will notify you immediately. Please see the information detailing the extreme Meteorological, strike and traffic conditions, this list is non-exhaustive.

The date or time of departure, pickup, or drop off, or the content of a tour itinerary, are subject to change or cancellation, should unforeseen circumstances occur, extreme meteorological conditions, strikes or traffic conditions, at the discretion of idreamprovence, with changes to the itinerary. The customer will be updated as early as possible in case of changes. It is recommended that all customers check their email at 10pm on the day before travel as updates might be provided.

METEOROLOGICAL AND TRAFFIC CONDITIONS, STRIKES, PROTESTS AND DEMONSTRATIONS.

We will notify you immediately, as soon as we are aware of the information, in order to make the necessary changes.

If the tour is affected for any of these reasons, meteorological conditions, traffic conditions, strikes, protests or demonstrations, imposed security limitations or others that are taking place, these things are out of our control. This could be at any of the points of on our tour or the collection or drop off location/s, the tour destination or the point en route.

There will be no refund if the tour is affected, needs to be shortened, changed, or is not available or if there is a delay or if the tour is cancelled due to these occurrences.
The health and safety of our clients is our utmost priority.
To include all of the following:

- the tour has to be shortened, changed, or not available, or if there is a delay.

- the customer/s misses a taxi, a bus, a train, a flight, a boat trip, a cruise, any reservation, a meeting, a RDV, an event, etc.
-all the sites mentioned in your tour can not be seen or visited.

Every effort is made to provide photos that give the customer an overview of the services offered. These photos are intended to indicate the nature of the tour, areas, and situation and may not be a source of commitment beyond that purpose.

LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL ITEMS

idreamprovence and its partners can not be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings and luggage and we can not guarantee the return of personal belongings for luggage left in the vehicles or anywhere else.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

It is the responsibility of the customer to check that they are in possession of all necessary documents for their stay, and visit, that their passport has a visa, if necessary or that they have an up-to-date identity card. No refunds shall be given in case of lack of any necessary documents.

PICK-UP/S AND DROP-OFF/S

If a private vehicle tour is booked, we will include the pickup and drop-off address on your booking form. If you provide a vehicle and arrange to pick us up or meet at the location, please ensure the drop off point is at the same location, unless otherwise agreed with idreamprovence.

LAW

These General Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or execution is referred to the Court.

DISCLAIMERS

The date or time of departure, pickup, drop off or, the content of a client’s itinerary, are subject to change or cancellation should Unforeseen Circumstances Occur, at the discretion of idreamprovence to exchange the itinerary. The customer will be updated as soon as possible in case of changes.

Tourists on group tours are obliged to stay with the tour at all times. Separation from the group can result in being left behind and in cases where the leader is unable to find the tourists, a ‘rescue fee’ will be at customers’ expense. Tours are conducted in various sizes of private vehicles and no guarantees can be made as to the size or model of vehicle used.

Special needs such as wheelchairs, baby chairs, carriages, or special dietary requirements require advanced notification and are on a request basis only. Children under the age of 10 are required to use a car seat or booster seat. We need to be informed of each child's age, height and weight in order to be able to order the correct seat/s required. There will be an additional charge for the rental of these items. Please enquire.
Whilst idreamprovence will do their best to ensure their delivery, these services often require coordination with a third party and we cannot be held responsible in cases of lack of delivery or quality.

idreamprovence accepts no liability for direct or consequential loss of personal belongings and recommends that valuable belongings be left at home. We recommend each tourist has their own personal trip insurance. Neither the operator nor this site cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage due to force Majeure. We recommend for personal health and damage insurance cover to be taken out by each traveller.

idreamprovence may at their own discretion require a person/s to withdraw from any tour, if the person/s conduct is deemed to be offensive or is causing annoyance to other passengers, to the detriment of the experience of other members. We shall have no further liability for the carriage of such traveller nor should the traveller be eligible for any refund or compensation.

idreamprovence reserves the right to implement alternate locations or make other significant changes to the itinerary, including cancellation, due to force majeur, weather conditions, operational considerations, or imposed security limitations. In these cases, there will be no entitlement to compensation. Specifically, in the case of extreme weather conditions (floods, high winds, torrential rain, snow etc...) where access to a site is not possible, idreamprovence will decide on an alternative program according to what is safe and possible.

Operators cannot guarantee the provision of services by third-party providers such as museums, places of interest, etc.. and in cases where these are not available at the confirmed terms, may be able to change for an alternative place, at a comparable level. Operator will, in case of changes, delays or cancellations in service provided by third parties such as airlines, border agencies, government bodies, or others, attempt to provide solutions to ensure a minimal impact to the schedule, experience, and cost.

Passengers must arrive to the meeting point on time and understand that in group tours, delays to start times or pickups might occur due to traffic or other conditions. During a bespoke private tour, the drivers will wait for late passengers. Though, any passenger who does not arrive in time for a departure will delay all the other guests. idreamprovence will not be liable and the guests cannot claim compensation should the tour proceed without them. It is recommended that passengers have a cell phone where they are able to make and receive calls, in case our team needs to contact them prior to or during the tour.

During the tour, drivers or other team members might take pictures for marketing purposes. If passengers do not agree with this, please inform a representative of the company at the time.

NOTES

Rates do not include the client’s meals, food, beverages, entrance fees, accommodation, or any other services unless they are specified in the program advertised.
Daily tours are not suitable for children under the age of 4.

€ stands for Euro, unless stated differently.
All daily tours are conducted in English and French.
