How do i book my private tour?

Please include your chosen tour, the date you would like your tour to be on, along with your contact details.

We will be in touch within 24hours to discuss further.

Where are the meeting/ collection points ?

For our private vehicle tours, we can pick you from the cruise terminal or from your location in or around Marseille or Aix-en-Provence.

How can i pay?

You can pay via Credit card, bank transfer or Paypal.

What shall i bring?

We offer vehicle and walking tours.

We provide each guest with a bottle of water, though please bring your own drinks too.

We have upto 300 days of sunshine in this region… :-)

For sunny days…….. Please bring sun hats and we recommend a high factor suncream.

For rainy days….. we suggest an umbrella & rain coat.

For the secret island day tours……. we suggest a towel, swimming shorts/ costume, flip flops, sun hat and suncream.

Are there any extra charges?

All costs are as advertised. We don’t include any extras that are not listed.

Food, snacks, or drinks are not included, unless specified.

Are entries to attractions, museums, galleries included?

All of these are extra, unless specified on the tour details. If there is time on your tour and you wish to enter an attraction, then any entrance ticket, will be needed to be paid by you.

How long does each tour last?

We offer morning, afternoon or all day tours. Please ask or refer to the time length of the tour you wish to book.

Will my tour run over time?

We inform you of the start time and tour duration, along with the meeting/pick up and drop off times. These are dependent on many factors, some out of our control. i.e. traffic jams, strikes that affect the road network, extreme weather, and any natural or man created disaster. Please see our terms and conditions for the information.

How can i change my booking?
