We will give you a personal tour telling you the hidden secrets of Aix, with its rich history and Baroque architecture, the ancient buildings where businesses still operate centuries later, the fashionable shops, the grand mansions, churches & squares.
We will stroll through the markets, stopping to taste some delicious local provincial produce; fruits, olives, cheeses, olive oils, breads and meats, plus Calissons, Madeleines and Navettes.
Aix has been the home of many artists over the centuries, Cezanne & Zola loved it here. You then have the choice to have some free time to explore the town further or we can take you to the Mont Ste.Victoire and to Cezannes’ atelier.
